Individual Therapy Services for Adults
I provide virtual therapy for adults in Oregon and Washington who are living with serious illness, as well as the family members and loved ones who support them.
My areas of focus include:
• Adjusting to life-changing illness and medical uncertainty
• Grief and bereavement
• Anticipatory grief and loss
• Death anxiety and end-of-life concerns
• Caregiver stress, strain, and well-being
• Compassion fatigue and burnout

In-Person Home-Based Therapy
I offer the convenience and comfort of receiving therapeutic support in the familiar and private surroundings of one’s own home.
Home-based therapy services can be particularly beneficial for individuals with mobility limitations, transportation challenges, or those who prefer a more personalized and intimate therapeutic experience. Services include individual counseling, healthcare navigation guidance, and assistance in Advance Care Planning.
Fees will be adjusted for home visits or when additional participants are included in your sessions.

Clinical Supervision
I provide individual and group clinical supervision for social workers pursuing licensure and advanced healthcare-focused certifications in Oregon and Washington.
My practice is rooted in healthcare social work, with specialized experience in oncology, palliative care, serious illness, grief, and end-of-life care. I support clinicians in strengthening their clinical skills, navigating complex cases, deepening ethical practice, and building confidence in their professional roles. Together, we work toward meaningful professional growth and long-term career development.
