Fees are adjusted when additional participants are included in your sessions. Sliding fee is offered on a limited basis. Please feel free to inquire about any aspect of my fees.

  • Insurance

    I am considered an out-of-network provider. You may be eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement for out-of-network services with your insurance. If you decide to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide you with a monthly statement, also known as a "superbill," that you can submit to your insurance provider.

  • Payment

    Payment is required at time of service. Accepted methods of payment include debit, credit, checks, HAS, and FSA cards. All transactions are securely processed via Ivy Pay, a HIPPA-compliant platform.

  • Teletherapy

    I offer virtual therapy throughout Oregon and Washington, as well as in-person and home-based sessions in Portland and on Oregon's North Coast. All teletherapy sessions utilize a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring privacy and accessibility on computers, tablets, or phones.

  • Cancellation Policy

    I require at least 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. 

Adhering to Section 2799B-6 of the 2022 Public Health Service Act, I supply a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for you to review before our initial consultation. This GFE offers a 12-month projection of treatment costs, and will be reviewed during our scheduling process and first meeting. I value transparency when it comes to anticipated expenses, and I welcome any questions you may have.
